Can I locate my vehicle all over Pakistan using StarSatellite®? |

Yes,
this tracking service is available in most cities of
Pakistan wherever there is mobile phone coverage. Even
outside the coverage area, your vehicle is tracked and
data is stored inside a ‘black box’. This information
is relayed once the vehicle is back in the coverage
area. |

device can be hidden in many places inside the vehicle
that are difficult to locate. Thieves steal vehicles
in order to either commit another crime, or to dismember
the vehicle and sell its parts. Since they are pressed
for time, they will most likely leave the vehicle than
locate tracking devices. In any case, device tampering
will be picked up by our system and the engine will
be killed before any damage is done. |

20% and more discount is offered on Petrol cars, and

What happens if I sell my vehicle to another person? Can the StarSatellite® system be transferred? |

choice is yours. You can either have the system taken
out and installed in your new vehicle for a nominal
transfer fee or you can sell it to the new customer
and they will enjoy the benefits of StarSatellite®,
as long as the monitoring fee is accounted for. |

Is there any compensation if my car cannot be recovered? |

have a remarkable track record with over 100 vehicles
recovered in one year and hundreds of theft attempts
foiled. We, therefore, are confident that we can recover
your vehicle. However, it is important to note that
Star Technologies offers tracking and recovery service.
We are not an insurance company. You are encouraged
to comprehensively insure your vehicle as it not only
covers you for theft but also accidents, damage and
fire. The StarSatellite® system is under warranty and
if it malfunctions, it will be replaced free of cost. |

What is your refund policy? |

In the rare case that you want to return the unit, it will be done so at a price set by the company policy. |

How many help lines are available? Is there any possibility that I find emergency phone line busy? |

We have a UAN as well as direct lines and cell phones dedicated for emergency services. Since most emergencies occur in isolation, there is no chance of you not getting through. And because we monitor your vehicle at all times, there is a great chance that we will know something is wrong BEFORE you do! |

Can I get my car’s location on call or will I be getting an SMS from your office? |

You have the choice. If you prefer SMS, we can provide that service. However, it may serve to act as more of an irritant than an information provider. |
