Yes.
20% and more discount is offered on Petrol cars, and
up to 40% is offered on Diesel Cars by all major insurance
companies in Pakistan. |

What happens if I sell my vehicle to another person? Can the StarWorld® system be transferred? |

The
choice is yours. You can either have the system taken
out and installed in your new vehicle for a nominal
transfer fee or you can sell it to the new customer
and they will enjoy the benefits of StarWorld®,
as long as the monitoring fee is accounted for. |

Is
your staff available around the clock? |
|
|

The
Star Technologies staff is available for immediate response
around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even
on gazetted holidays. Also, the operations staff is
in the field round the clock |

What if the unit malfunctions? |

The StarWorld® system is under warranty and if it malfunctions,
it will be replaced free of cost. |

What is your refund policy? |
|

In the rare case that you want to return the unit, it will be done so at a price set by the company policy. |

How many help lines are available? Is there any possibility that I find emergency phone line busy? |

We have a UAN as well as direct lines and cell phones dedicated for emergency services. Since most emergencies occur in isolation, there is no chance of you not getting through. And because we monitor your vehicle at all times, there is a great chance that we will know something is wrong BEFORE you do! |

Can I get my car’s location on call or will I be getting an SMS from your office? |
|
|
|
|
You have the choice. If you prefer SMS, we can provide that service. However, it may serve to act as more of an irritant than an information provider. |

Do you have mobile trackers in other cities or is this facility just in Lahore and Karachi? |
|
|
|
|
We currently have offices in Lahore and Karachi and soon in Islamabad, Faisalabad and Hyderabad. Check our website for update. |

When you recover my vehicle, will there be legal obligations? |

In the case where our Recovery Teams are on-site and there is no other crime committed other than the theft of your car, you will be able to take your vehicle away without any legal hassle. |

What if your designated cellular company’s system collapses or they stop their services altogether? |

We have the capability to run our monitoring system on more than a single network and on top, we have our own proprietary network as a backup. |
